December 2014

So December was a very busy month in our house.

We did crafts to make decorations for the house - I love to have homemade crafts up especially if I have made them with Alex. Alex loved the primary party at church - making reindeer food & snowman soup , playing games, and seeing Santa. It was lovely to see the excitement on his little face when he met Santa.

 

22nd December : Our gorgeous Son turned the big 4.

 

Christmas Eve : We went to the farm at Temple Newsam. We thought it would be fun so we wrapped up warm and went to chill with the animals. Alex loved all of the animals and really enjoyed to pretend to milk the cow in the barn. He kept going back to do it again and again. In the evening Mark went to a Carol service at church whilst Alex and myself relaxed and snuggled up on the sofa to watch a movie, before wrapping up and putting the reindeer food out and getting things all ready for Santa to arrive.

Christmas : We had a lovely time over Christmas day and Boxing day. We enjoyed spending time as a family and also visiting other family members. We were all excited too when it started to snow on Boxing day evening. Alex woke up and was so excited to get out in it.
